In this role, you will directly support the sales and customer success teams by resolving tickets related to the sales process and systems. You will independently review requests, troubleshoot to understand technical challenges, and define root causes to resolve problems effectively. Your responsibilities will include verifying the accuracy of sales orders and ensuring that all data is correctly entered into the systems. You will work closely with sales representatives and customer success managers to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement solutions that enhance efficiency. You will also participate in training sessions to help team members understand the systems and processes better, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
