Figma is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive sales and expand opportunities with top-tier Enterprise customers. You'll build relationships with C-level decision-makers and deliver innovative solutions across Figma's product suite. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in enterprise sales.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth. Your experience includes building and nurturing relationships with C-level executives, understanding their complex business needs, and delivering tailored solutions that align with their goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate value propositions effectively and engage with diverse stakeholders. Experience in the design or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with Figma's product suite. A background in enterprise sales or working with large organizations will give you an edge in this role.
As a Strategic Account Executive at Figma, you will manage a defined list of named strategic accounts, focusing on meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
