Overview

HOVER is seeking a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to grow and strengthen relationships with enterprise insurance partners. You'll manage customer success initiatives and develop enablement plans. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in customer success.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, particularly within enterprise environments, where you've successfully built and maintained relationships with key stakeholders. Your experience includes managing customer success initiatives and driving growth within assigned accounts, ensuring that clients receive maximum value from the solutions provided. You are adept at running pilot programs and developing enablement plans that facilitate the successful rollout of new solutions. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with various business, training, and project management teams. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to fostering strong partnerships that lead to mutual success.

Desirable

Experience in the insurance industry or working with insurance partners is a plus, as it will enable you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector. Familiarity with AI-driven solutions and property data analytics will also be beneficial, as it aligns with Hover's innovative approach to property management. You are a proactive problem solver who can identify customer needs and respond effectively to requests, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at HOVER, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with enterprise insurance partners. Your primary focus will be on customer success and growth within these accounts, where you will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure they are effectively utilizing Hover's solutions. You will lead the implementation of pilot programs, collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute enablement plans that facilitate the successful adoption of our technology.
