CreatorIQ is seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist to deliver impactful customer training and enable self-service onboarding. This role focuses on executing scalable training for existing customers in Manila.
You are a dedicated individual with a passion for customer success and a strong desire to help clients maximize their use of the CreatorIQ platform. As a Customer Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact training sessions to existing customers, helping them understand the full capabilities of the CreatorIQ platform. You will create and maintain educational resources that are tailored to specific use cases, ensuring that customers have access to the information they need to succeed. You will conduct live training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to engage customers and provide them with hands-on experience using the platform. You will work closely with the customer success team to identify common challenges faced by customers and develop training materials that address these issues. You will also gather feedback from training sessions to refine and enhance the training program continuously. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that they have a seamless onboarding experience. You will play a key role in fostering a positive relationship between CreatorIQ and its customers, helping them achieve their goals and drive growth.
