Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, particularly in compliance or trust-related areas, with a focus on enhancing user experiences. You understand the importance of regulatory requirements and have experience in designing user journeys that balance compliance with user needs. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Engineering, and Compliance, to create intuitive and scalable solutions. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions and improve user flows. You are passionate about the crypto industry and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. You are a proactive problem solver who can identify friction points in user journeys and work towards effective solutions.

Desirable

Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance regulations and user experience design principles. You may have worked on projects that required a deep understanding of user onboarding processes and identity verification systems. A background in data analysis or user research would also be beneficial, as it can help you make informed decisions based on user behavior and feedback.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and enhance OKX's compliance systems, focusing on building trust and improving user experience. You will be responsible for identifying and reducing friction in critical user flows such as onboarding, identity verification, and account access. You will collaborate closely with various teams to design and implement scalable experiences that meet regulatory requirements while ensuring a smooth user journey. You will analyze user data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, and you will lead initiatives to enhance the overall user experience. You will also be involved in stakeholder management, ensuring that all teams are aligned on product goals and timelines. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure that OKX remains compliant and user-friendly.
