You are an entry-level Machine Learning Engineer with a foundational understanding of machine learning principles and practices. You have experience with big data technologies and are eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting. You are familiar with natural language processing (NLP) and have a keen interest in developing AI-driven solutions. Desirable

Experience with cloud-native platforms and an understanding of automotive industry challenges would be a plus. Familiarity with LLMs and agentic workflows is also desirable, as is a passion for continuous learning and professional development in the field of machine learning.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for accelerating the rollout of LLM-powered and agent-driven features across Tekion's products. You will operationalize secure, compliant, and explainable LLM and agentic services at scale, ensuring that they meet the needs of users and stakeholders. You will convert applied sciences models into scalable, compliant, and cost-efficient production services, standardizing how models are trained, validated, deployed, and monitored across Tekion products. Your work will power real-time, context-aware experiences by integrating batch and stream features, graph context, and online inference.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the machine learning models align with business objectives and user needs. You will participate in the entire lifecycle of model development, from prototyping to deployment, and will be involved in monitoring and improving model performance over time. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of best practices for machine learning within the organization, helping to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
