What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Trustpilot, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for our Commercial function. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a consistent flow of talent throughout the recruitment cycle. Your responsibilities will include conducting high volumes of phone screens and qualifying calls to assess candidates' fit for various roles. You will manage the entire interview process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating salaries and closing offers. Maintaining accurate and timely data within our recruitment systems will be essential to track progress and improve processes.
