What you'll do

As a Starlink Production Associate, you will support the development of prototype manufacturing and test capabilities. You will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical assembly of user terminal components, subassemblies, and final products according to detailed instructions. You will operate light equipment such as drills, crimpers, and presses, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will program, load, operate, and troubleshoot automated equipment, playing a crucial role in the production process. You will execute equipment maintenance and calibration schedules to ensure optimal performance and package final products for delivery. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the Starlink project, as you help establish new manufacturing processes and ramp up to full-scale production.
