Overview

Life360 is seeking a Creative Director to lead creative strategy and execution across international markets. You'll work closely with the Global Creative Team to enhance brand presence and drive growth. This role requires strong leadership and creative vision.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record of leading creative teams and developing innovative marketing strategies that resonate across diverse international markets. With at least 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, you understand how to adapt brand messaging to different cultural contexts while maintaining a cohesive brand identity. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, ensuring that creative initiatives align with overall business objectives. You are passionate about building inclusive teams and fostering a collaborative environment where creativity can thrive. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your creative decisions and measure the impact of your campaigns. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, always keeping an eye on deadlines and deliverables.

What you'll do

As the Creative Director for Life360, you will spearhead the creative strategy for our international markets, including the UK, Australia, The Netherlands, Germany, Brazil, and Mexico. You will work closely with the Global Creative Team to develop and execute campaigns that drive brand awareness and user engagement. Your role will involve overseeing the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring that all materials are on-brand and resonate with local audiences. You will lead brainstorming sessions and creative workshops, encouraging team members to share their ideas and perspectives. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and iterate on creative strategies based on data insights. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring junior creatives and fostering a culture of innovation within the team. You will represent the creative vision of Life360 in meetings with stakeholders and present ideas that align with our mission to keep families connected.
