Senior Product Manager, Partner Experience

You have over 5 years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on enhancing user experiences and driving product success. You understand the importance of creating seamless onboarding and engagement processes for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and long-term success. Your background includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to launch impactful product improvements. You are skilled in analyzing performance metrics and gathering user feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements. You thrive in environments where you can lead product roadmaps and align them with business objectives, ensuring that all stakeholders are on the same page. You are passionate about creating frictionless experiences for users and have a track record of driving product adoption through effective rollout strategies and communications.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and execute the roadmap for specific areas of the partner journey, focusing on tools and workflows that enhance the partner experience. You will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and the partner operations team to launch impactful improvements that drive satisfaction and engagement. Your responsibilities will include analyzing performance metrics such as order acceptance rates and fulfillment speed to identify opportunities for enhancement. You will gather feedback directly from partners to inform product decisions and prioritize enhancements effectively. Ensuring feature adoption will be a key part of your role, where you will develop thoughtful rollout strategies and provide in-app education and communications to partners. You will also partner with other product managers and business units to align roadmaps and dependencies, ensuring that the partner experience is integrated seamlessly across the organization.
