You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field and more than 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, particularly in a ToB environment. You are skilled in product design and have a strong understanding of user experience principles, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments and are committed to delivering high-quality product functions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the product design of the basic platform at OKX, ensuring that product functions are delivered with high quality. You will continuously improve the user experience on the platform, utilizing data to drive enhancements and increase the Customer Satisfaction Score. You will collaborate with various teams to align product goals with user needs and company objectives, ensuring that the platform remains stable and efficient.
