Overview

360Learning is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support strategic customers during the RUN phase. You'll leverage your technical expertise to drive product adoption and deliver tailored solutions. This role requires strong skills in APIs and customer success management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success and technical account management, ideally with experience in managing complex integrations and providing tailored solutions. Your ability to analyze advanced client needs and challenge existing setups makes you a trusted advisor to strategic customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to maximize business impact.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to translate technical requirements into scalable solutions within the 360Learning platform. Your expertise in APIs and third-party tools enables you to lead complex integrations and redesign platform architecture effectively. You are proactive in running solution audits and providing high-level recommendations to enhance product adoption and long-term value for clients.

You are comfortable managing a portfolio of customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they receive the support they need to leverage the platform's capabilities fully. Your technical and functional expertise allows you to guide clients through their journey, helping them achieve their goals and drive product adoption.

Desirable

Experience with learning management systems or similar platforms is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to provide insights and recommendations to clients. A background in sales or business development can also be beneficial in understanding client needs and driving engagement.

What you'll do

As a Solutions Engineer at 360Learning, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our strategic customers during the RUN phase. You will act as a trusted advisor, analyzing complex use cases and translating client requirements into scalable solutions within our platform. Your work will involve managing a portfolio of customers, ensuring they receive tailored solutions that go beyond standard product capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive product adoption and maximize business impact. Your technical expertise will be crucial in leading complex integrations, including APIs, flat files, and third-party tools. You will also be responsible for redesigning platform architecture and running solution audits to ensure optimal performance.

Your role will require you to provide high-level recommendations to clients, helping them understand how to leverage the platform effectively. You will engage with customers throughout their lifecycle, ensuring they have the support they need to achieve their goals. Your ability to challenge existing setups and propose innovative solutions will be key to driving long-term value for our clients.
