Apple’s Wireless Systems Analysis team is seeking talented, disciplined, and highly motivated engineers to work across multiple layers of groundbreaking cellular technologies. In this role, you will analyze system-level performance issues for future Apple cellular products, focusing on elevating the end-to-end user experience. You will take a hands-on approach, leveraging diagnostics, analytics, crowdsourced data, lab and field logs, and architectural/code reviews to identify opportunities for improvement. This position requires close collaboration with teams across platform architecture, core telephony, firmware and protocol development, system test, field test, QA, standardization, and carrier engineering—driving enhancements from initial concept through commercialization. You will also contribute to the development of advanced system evaluation tools and debugging capabilities as needed. Your work will directly influence the performance and user experience of Apple’s flagship cellular products, including iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
