What you'll do

As the Medical Director, you will lead the medical strategy for assigned clinical development programs in endocrinology and autoimmune diseases. You will be responsible for designing and authoring clinical protocols, investigator brochures, and clinical study reports, ensuring that all documentation meets regulatory requirements. You will serve as the Medical Monitor for assigned trials, overseeing patient eligibility, safety, and protocol adherence.

Your role will involve interpreting clinical trial data, including safety and efficacy assessments, and reporting findings to stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development strategy and execution of clinical trials. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance are maintained throughout the clinical development process.

You will also engage in strategic discussions regarding the pipeline programs and contribute to the overall vision of AbCellera in developing breakthrough medicines. Your insights will help shape the direction of clinical development and influence key decisions that impact patient care.
