What you'll do

As a Software Engineering Intern at Asana, you will participate in a 12-week program designed to expose you to all parts of software development. You will join one of the functional engineering teams as an individual contributor, where you will develop new and well-written code. You will participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate with team members on program and day-to-day work, helping to increase efficiency within your team.

You will have the opportunity to work on one of Asana's infrastructure teams, becoming an integral part of the organization. This role will allow you to gain hands-on experience in coding, problem-solving, and teamwork, all while being supported by a mentorship philosophy that emphasizes learning and growth.

You will work in the Reykjavik office with an office-centric hybrid schedule, attending in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while having the flexibility to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. This structure is designed to foster collaboration while also providing you with the opportunity to work independently.
