Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive paintless dent repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise in repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels sets you apart in the automotive repair industry. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and are willing to work mandatory overtime when necessary to meet business needs. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for repairing dents on vehicles using state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers. You will access vehicle panels and apply glue-pulling techniques to restore the appearance of vehicles, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality. You will collaborate with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to the overall success of the inspection process. Your role will also involve participating in training programs if you are joining in an entry-level position, allowing you to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
