Samsara is hiring an Enterprise Implementation Consultant to guide large customers in adopting IoT solutions. You'll work closely with clients to ensure they gain business value from Samsara's products. This role requires strong communication and customer management skills.
You have a background in customer success or implementation, ideally with experience in technology or IoT solutions. You excel in building relationships and have a knack for understanding customer needs — ensuring they receive maximum value from the products you support. You are proactive and enjoy problem-solving, often anticipating challenges before they arise. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You are passionate about helping customers succeed and are driven by their success metrics.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Samsara's enterprise customers, guiding them through the implementation of IoT solutions for their fleet and industrial assets. You will work closely with customers during the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to utilize the platform effectively. Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions, providing ongoing support, and gathering feedback to improve the customer experience.
