You will be directly responsible for data analytics and reporting related to the performance of Global Service Delivery Center partners. This will involve preparing reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly management performance reviews. You will identify and analyze performance trends, providing insights that will help improve partnership outcomes. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.
