What you'll do

In this role, you will support the Senior Relationship Manager by assisting in the comprehensive oversight of third-party suppliers. You will help maintain accurate records and assist with invoicing procedures, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include monitoring adherence to contracted service levels and managing general relationship management tasks. You will be directly responsible for data analytics and reporting related to the performance of Global Service Delivery Center partners. This will involve preparing reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly management performance reviews. You will identify and analyze performance trends, providing insights that will help improve partnership outcomes. Your role will require you to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed.
