The Role:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and optimizing digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for managing and scaling performance marketing campaigns, improving conversion funnels, and leveraging data to enhance marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize existing performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, Social Media, LinkedIn, and Native Advertising.

• Develop and test new marketing channels to expand audience reach and acquisition efficiency.

• Implement A/B testing strategies for website optimization and campaign performance improvements.

• Analyze customer conversion funnels and implement data-driven enhancements.

• Generate reports and provide actionable insights for the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data, tools, and performance metrics.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital marketing platforms.

• A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.

• Fluency in English.
