Overview

PointClickCare is seeking a Solutions Analyst for a 6-month contract to assist in resolving customer issues and improving workflows in healthcare settings. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of administrative tasks in long-term care facilities.

Who you are

You have a strong understanding of administrative tasks and workflows for long-term care and medical facilities — this knowledge is key to your success in resolving customer issues effectively. You are calm under pressure and can troubleshoot simple to moderately complex system issues with customers, ensuring timely resolutions. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to interact with various stakeholders and provide clear guidance.
