What you'll do

In this role, you will design, lead, and evolve high-visibility leadership development programs that align with Twilio’s Leadership Expectations and business strategy. You will act as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and senior leaders, assessing capability gaps and proposing targeted solutions to enhance leadership effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to create engaging and impactful learning experiences that drive skills development and executive excellence.

You will also be responsible for evaluating the success of leadership programs through feedback and metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals. Your role will involve facilitating workshops and training sessions, providing coaching and support to leaders as they navigate their development journeys. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of leadership excellence within Twilio, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
