Overview

Twilio is seeking a Principal, Leadership Development Manager to design and deliver impactful leadership development experiences for global leaders. This role requires strategic advisory skills and experience in leadership program management.

You have a strong background in leadership development, with experience designing and implementing high-impact programs that drive executive excellence. Your ability to assess capability gaps and propose targeted solutions makes you a strategic thought partner for HR business partners and senior leaders. You understand the importance of aligning leadership programs with business strategy and are passionate about fostering a culture of growth and inclusion.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and facilitate leadership development experiences that resonate across various levels of the organization. Your experience in remote-first environments has equipped you with the skills to connect and collaborate with teams globally, ensuring that leadership initiatives are inclusive and impactful.

Desirable

Experience in utilizing AI technologies to enhance leadership development processes is a plus. Familiarity with metrics and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of leadership programs will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design, lead, and evolve high-visibility leadership development programs that align with Twilio’s Leadership Expectations and business strategy. You will act as a strategic advisor to HRBPs and senior leaders, assessing capability gaps and proposing targeted solutions to enhance leadership effectiveness.
