Point72 is hiring for the 2026 Warsaw Investment Services Rotational Program, where you'll rotate through Finance, Operations, and Regulatory Reporting teams. This role offers exposure to various investment services processes and mentorship from industry experts.
You are a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to dive into the hedge fund industry. You possess a strong analytical mindset and are excited about gaining hands-on experience in finance and operations. You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a learning environment and is open to feedback and mentorship. You have a keen interest in financial processes and are ready to take on complex challenges. You are adaptable and willing to rotate through various teams, learning from experts in the field. You are committed to your professional growth and are looking for a long-term career in investment services.
In this rotational program, you will spend 24 months rotating through different teams, including Corporate Accounting, Derivatives and Equities Trade Support, Financial Planning & Analysis, and more. You will take responsibility for a broad range of processes, such as forecasting and budgeting, trade support, and preparing financial statements. You will collaborate with various teams to implement new techniques and improve processes, while also investigating errors and identifying solutions. You will present your analytical findings clearly and concisely to guide action plans. Throughout the program, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain insights into the fast-paced hedge fund industry.
