What you'll do

As a Vietnamese Language Manager at Meta, you will be responsible for overseeing the localization quality of Vietnamese across various products and content. You will collaborate with product teams to ensure that all localized materials resonate with the Vietnamese audience and reflect cultural nuances. Your role will involve reviewing translations, providing feedback to translators, and ensuring consistency across all localized content.

You will also work closely with the Internationalization (i18n) team to identify and address any language barriers that may affect user experience. By leveraging your expertise, you will help shape the linguistic direction of Meta's products, ensuring they are accessible and relevant to users in Vietnam.

In addition, you will analyze user feedback and localization metrics to identify areas for improvement. Your insights will guide the development of localization strategies that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. You will participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss localization goals and progress, ensuring alignment with overall product objectives.
