Rubrik is seeking a Cloud Solution Architect to support the sales organization with deep technical knowledge in cloud solutions. You'll work closely with customers to educate them on data protection and management. This role requires expertise in AWS and Azure.
You have a strong background in cloud technologies and possess the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define innovative solutions. Your experience includes engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance their experience with cloud products. You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy tackling challenges head-on, always striving for excellence in your work. You bring a positive attitude and high energy to your team, motivating others to achieve their best.
Experience with data protection and management solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the Rubrik product suite. You may also have a background in sales engineering or technical sales roles, where you have successfully supported sales teams in achieving their goals. A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on industry trends will help you excel in this role.
