Overview

Google is seeking an Administrative Business Partner for their Applied AI team to support business operations and enhance team efficiency. You'll leverage your project management skills and knowledge of the cloud industry to drive operational success in Sunnyvale.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment, adept at handling various administrative tasks such as travel management, expense reports, and calendar management. You possess a strong understanding of project management theory and practices, enabling you to effectively lead projects from conception to completion. Your knowledge of the cloud industry is complemented by your ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, including Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI, which you utilize to improve work efficiency. You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of interacting with a diverse range of people and job functions while maintaining confidentiality on all business matters. Your organizational skills and analytical mindset allow you to anticipate the needs of your managers and team members, ensuring that operational and administrative issues are resolved proactively. You embody Google’s culture by fostering excitement and productivity within the organization, helping to define and improve team operations.
