What you'll do

As the Director of Strategic Finance at Appian, you will own the revenue modeling process and lead the evolution of these models as the company adapts to changes in enterprise software pricing. You will define, develop, track, and report on all critical SaaS revenue metrics, ensuring that they provide accurate and actionable insights. Your role will involve analyzing the financial impact of various pricing strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to guide go-to-market and product strategies. You will be responsible for presenting these insights to senior leadership, helping to shape the company's strategic direction.

You will work closely with the FP&A team to ensure that all financial reporting is consistent and accurate, providing a clear picture of the company's financial health. Your insights will drive decision-making processes across the organization, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of Appian's financial strategy. You will also mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
