Who you are

You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in project management, change management, and stakeholder alignment. Your background includes working in global operations and contributing to the development and deployment of technology solutions, particularly in AI and machine learning. You are familiar with organizational structures and workflows, and you have experience with no-code and low-code AI tools. Your knowledge of global HR and People Operations processes, as well as service operations transformation, sets you apart. You possess the ability to drive initiatives that require change management and stakeholder alignment, connecting ideas and identifying synergies to foster efficiency across teams. You are passionate about structuring information to facilitate decision-making and align stakeholders effectively.

Desirable

Experience in global operations and a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies will be beneficial. Familiarity with organizational structures and workflows, as well as no-code and low-code AI tools, will enhance your ability to succeed in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the People Experience (PX) team at Google, which is dedicated to delivering extraordinary hire-to-retire experiences for Googlers. You will work within the PX RISE team, focusing on transforming Google's People Operations service delivery. Your mission will be to simplify everyday processes, allowing for special moments to be truly memorable. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams to enhance functionality, user experience, and business value. As a key integrator, you will align on AI initiatives, facilitate decision-making, and ensure clear communication across teams. You will support the lifecycle of AI initiatives by defining success metrics, measuring value, driving adoption, and ensuring adherence to Google's Responsible AI principles.
