You have a strong ability to triage and troubleshoot customer issues effectively, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive. Your bilingual skills in Greek allow you to communicate clearly and empathetically with a diverse customer base. You are proactive and detail-oriented, always looking for ways to improve the customer experience and internal processes. You enjoy collaborating with internal teams to surface product and process issues, using both quantitative and qualitative methods to advocate for the customer.

What you'll do

As a Customer Support Associate for Starlink, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their satellite internet service. You will triage and resolve customer issues across multiple channels, including digital and voice. Your role will involve analyzing trends and identifying gaps in the support process, allowing you to design effective interventions that enhance the overall customer experience.
