What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end accounting and financial reporting for Anthropic's largest cost center. You will work closely with teams in Infrastructure, Finance, Capacity Planning, and Engineering to ensure operational scalability and financial accuracy. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing processes, controls, and systems that support the growing financial complexity of the organization. You will provide critical insights that drive strategic decision-making, ensuring that the company can effectively manage its significant investments in computing infrastructure. As a leader, you will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity of financial data.
