What you'll do

As the Director of Infrastructure Platform at Doctolib, you will lead the transformation of our infrastructure from a monolithic architecture to a modular, multi-service environment. This pivotal role involves overseeing a team of over 30 engineers focused on infrastructure and automation, ensuring that our platform meets the demands of 420,000+ healthcare professionals and 90 million patients.

You will be responsible for making critical technology decisions that enhance the reliability and efficiency of our services. Your leadership will directly impact the daily operations of 120+ feature teams and over 700 engineers, driving improvements that facilitate faster innovation cycles and reduce incidents.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with product teams to ensure that infrastructure capabilities align with product needs, enabling us to scale into new markets and specialties. You will also implement best practices for cost management and security, ensuring that our platform remains robust and compliant with industry standards.
