Your strong background in managing large and complex transactions equips you to handle tight deadlines effectively. You possess a Juris Doctor and are a member of a state bar, demonstrating your commitment to the legal profession. Your exceptional written and verbal communication skills enable you to convey complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively. You have sound and practical business judgment, allowing you to navigate the intricacies of corporate law with confidence. You thrive in ambiguous environments and can manage a diverse array of mission-critical projects independently.

Desirable

Familiarity with various transaction types, including private and public company deals, stock and asset purchases, cross-border transactions, minority investments, and joint ventures, is highly desirable. Experience with M&A and investments specifically involving technology companies and startups will set you apart. You are flexible and willing to work extended hours when necessary, reflecting your dedication to achieving the best outcomes for your clients.

What you'll do
