Mixpanel is hiring a Customer Success Architect to drive customer business outcomes through analytics consulting. You'll work closely with enterprise customers and internal teams to implement self-serve analytics solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with customer engagement.
You have a strong background in analytics and customer success, ideally with experience in consulting or technical roles. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and can effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Your ability to build relationships with clients is key, as you will be working closely with enterprise teams to ensure they derive maximum value from Mixpanel's platform. You are proactive in identifying customer needs and are skilled at managing change within organizations. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with sales, engineering, and support teams to deliver exceptional service. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that come with implementing analytics solutions in various business contexts.
As a Customer Success Architect at Mixpanel, you will engage with customers throughout their journey, from pre-sales analytic strategy to post-sales onboarding and implementation. You will serve as the technical counterpart to the sales organization, ensuring that customers are set up for long-term success with Mixpanel's analytics tools. Your role will involve consulting with customers to understand their unique business needs and helping them leverage Mixpanel to drive ROI. You will collaborate with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales Engineers to roll out self-serve analytics solutions, manage technical projects, and provide ongoing support. You will also be responsible for executing on initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and retention, ultimately contributing to the overall success of Mixpanel's customer success strategy.
