You have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service. You understand the importance of building relationships and creating positive experiences for customers. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges with a positive attitude. You are committed to contributing to your team's success and are eager to grow within the company. You possess a valid driver's license and are able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.

What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in local community initiatives, helping to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. You will work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. Your performance will be key to unlocking growth opportunities within the company, as you will be eligible for merit increases based on your contributions.
