Who you are

You are an actively enrolled full-time undergraduate student at an accredited university in the U.S. with a strong interest in technology, particularly in AI and machine learning. You have experience in event planning or workshop facilitation, which will help you effectively engage your peers. Your familiarity with the Gemini app showcases your passion for innovative technology. You are active in campus clubs or organizations, demonstrating leadership skills and maintaining a strong network among your peers. You possess excellent public speaking and presentation skills, making you comfortable hosting groups both online and in-person. You are adept at managing a flexible schedule and taking creative initiatives to meet program goals.

Desirable

You have a large following on social media and regularly post content that resonates with your audience. Your ability to synthesize student feedback and observations will be invaluable in helping Google's product and marketing teams improve the student experience. You are enthusiastic about sharing new tech and helping your peers find innovative ways to learn and create.

What you'll do

As a Google Student Ambassador, you will be the primary on-campus liaison and advocate for Google's AI products. Your main focus will be on driving awareness and usage of AI tools like the Gemini app to assist students in their academic and personal lives. You will gather and synthesize genuine student feedback, observations, and use-cases to provide insights to Google's teams. You will also be responsible for sharing the latest product updates, news, and opportunities with your university community. Your role will involve providing weekly or monthly reports on event attendance, social media engagement, and community growth metrics. You will lead the Google AI Movement on your campus, facilitating workshops and events that promote AI literacy and engagement among students.
