What you'll do

In this role, you will play a key part in the operations of Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I) team. You will be involved in hardware deployments, ensuring that all equipment is set up correctly and functioning optimally. Your responsibilities will include performing troubleshooting and diagnostics on equipment, as well as executing hardware decommissions for simple changes and refreshes. You will familiarize yourself with security and data management procedures, which are crucial for maintaining the integrity of the data center. This position will allow you to deepen your understanding of data center standard processes and procedures, contributing to the overall efficiency of Microsoft’s cloud services.
