What you'll do

In this role, you will support the planning and execution of Outreach's global events and tradeshow programs. You will work closely with the Event and Field Managers, assisting in the coordination of third-party tradeshows, sponsorships, field events, customer programs, and roadshows. Your responsibilities will include managing logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure flawless execution. You will also gain valuable experience in budgeting and performance measurement, contributing to the overall success of the events.
