Job Description

Are you passionate about designing and delivering world-class learning experiences that accelerate the growth of senior leaders? The Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Learning & Development (L&D) team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager responsible for high-impact onboarding experiences across operations.

As the Sr. Program Manager, you will own the end-to-end design, execution, and evolution of the Academy program for a variety of customers including senior level leaders across AMZL. This role focuses on preparing leaders for success in fast-paced, high-ownership roles by delivering immersive and scalable learning solutions. You’ll work closely with AMZL Regional Directors, General Managers, and subject matter experts to ensure that program outcomes align with both business goals and leadership development needs.

You will collaborate with a global counterparts, ensuring consistent global standards while tailoring solutions to local business requirements.


Key job responsibilities
- Own the strategic design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Academy program for AMZL senior field leaders
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and consult with senior stakeholders to shape learning solutions that drive business outcomes
- Design and deliver high-impact onboarding content and immersive learning experiences
- Develop post-program reinforcement tools and resources to support long-term learning retention
- Measure and report on program effectiveness, learner impact, and return on investment
- Write and present business narratives that inform decisions and drive alignment
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external experts to ensure a cohesive and effective learning journey
- Up to 25% travel to support program facilitation and stakeholder engagement
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
