JFrog is seeking a Customer Retention Account Manager to oversee customer subscription renewals and enhance client relationships. You'll collaborate with various teams to drive the renewal process and identify upsell opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills and experience with CRM systems.

Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, particularly in customer retention, and understand the importance of maintaining and renewing customer subscriptions. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills enable you to convey company messages and value propositions effectively. You take an active interest in increasing customer happiness and deepening relationships, demonstrating a proactive and creative approach to your work. You possess a follow-up mindset, ensuring that no opportunity for customer engagement is missed. Your experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, equips you to manage customer data and interactions efficiently.

What you'll do

As a Customer Retention Account Manager at JFrog, you will be responsible for the renewal of customer subscriptions in your assigned territory. This includes notifying customers of upcoming renewals, discussing any changes to their contracts, and providing accurate quotes directly to customers. You will manage the cadence for effective renewal forecasts and projections, ensuring that you have a clear understanding of your pipeline. Collaborating closely with the Strategic Sales team, you will drive the renewals process to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships. In partnership with Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Procurement teams, you will own and manage the renewal process, ensuring that all renewals are processed accurately and on time. Additionally, you will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth and satisfaction.
