Overview

Oktopost is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their HR team and focus on end-to-end technical recruiting. You'll collaborate with hiring managers across R&D and other functions in Ramat Gan, Israel.

Who you are

You have experience in technical recruiting, ideally within the B2B tech space, and understand the nuances of sourcing and hiring for technical roles. You are comfortable collaborating with hiring managers and have a strong grasp of the skills and qualifications needed for various technical positions. You thrive in a hands-on role and are eager to contribute to the growth of the company by attracting top talent. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively engage with candidates to create a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

Desirable

Experience with HR operations in a tech environment would be a plus, as you may take ownership of selected local site-related HR functions. Familiarity with the latest trends in talent acquisition and a proactive approach to sourcing candidates will set you apart. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a growing company, ensuring that recruitment processes align with the overall business strategy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with another Talent Acquisition partner to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers across R&D and other departments to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment journey.

You will report directly to the HR Manager and contribute to the overall HR strategy by providing insights on market trends and candidate feedback. As Oktopost continues to grow, you will play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline that supports the company's objectives. You will also have the opportunity to engage in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote Oktopost as an employer of choice in the tech industry.
