You are committed to fostering collaboration and communication across various technical teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned towards common goals.
Your background includes working within a Technical Program Management Office (Tech PMO) or similar structure — you understand the importance of maximizing the ability to galvanize and drive technical programs and solutions to solve company-wide problems. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
You are passionate about building a diverse and inclusive workforce — you believe that a variety of perspectives leads to better outcomes and are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued and heard. Your responsibilities will include evaluating project prioritization and making informed decisions about tradeoffs and risks — you will be the go-to person for ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle. You will facilitate communication between teams, helping to break down silos and foster a collaborative environment.
You will also be responsible for tracking project progress and reporting on key metrics — your analytical skills will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that projects stay on track. You will work closely with product managers and engineers to define project scopes and deliverables, ensuring that all requirements are met.
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles. You will play a key role in shaping the culture of the Tech PMO, promoting best practices and encouraging a mindset of continuous improvement.
