What you'll do

As the Lead Visual Designer at Tekion, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual design process across various projects, ensuring that all outputs align with the company's brand identity and business goals. You will lead a team of talented graphic and motion designers, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles. Your primary focus will be on creating visual assets that drive user engagement and conversion rates, working closely with marketing and sales teams to understand their objectives and translate them into effective designs.

You will set quality standards for the design team, ensuring that all work meets the highest levels of creativity and professionalism. You will conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. In addition to managing the design team, you will collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure that design considerations are integrated into the development process.
