AlphaGrep is seeking an Office Manager to support operations in their London office. You'll manage day-to-day office activities and provide executive support to the COO. This role requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
You are a proactive and approachable Office Manager with experience in managing office operations and providing executive support. You thrive in a hands-on role and are resourceful in ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities. Your ability to coordinate effectively with teams across different locations, including Paris, Amsterdam, and Geneva/Zurich, sets you apart. You understand the importance of creating a welcoming environment for visitors and employees alike, ensuring that everyone feels supported and engaged.
You possess strong organizational skills and can manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks with ease. Your attention to detail ensures that office setups are efficient and conducive to productivity. You are comfortable overseeing pantry management, health and safety protocols, and other operational aspects that contribute to a positive workplace culture. You are also adept at facilitating team engagement and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
Experience in a quantitative trading or financial services environment would be a plus, as would familiarity with IT systems and office management tools. You are someone who enjoys contributing ideas and participating in team activities, enhancing the overall employee experience.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all London office operations. You will manage pantry supplies, coordinate travel for team members, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Your role will involve providing executive support to the COO, which includes managing complex calendars and travel logistics. You will oversee the setup of IT workstations and ensure that the office environment is welcoming and efficient for visitors and employees.
You will facilitate a positive visitor experience by assisting with access and other office needs, including hosting large groups.
