Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Affairs Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing and managing key support services, including shuttle and canteen operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth execution of service tenders and contracts, manage periodic reporting and inspections, and address employee feedback with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key job responsibilities
Coordinate and manage shuttle and canteen tenders and ensure contracts are up to date and compliant.

Prepare and submit monthly reports related to shuttle and canteen services.

Conduct regular audits and controls to ensure vendor service quality and contractual alignment.

Monitor and follow up on periodic inspections of service providers.

Handle employee complaints and inquiries related to administrative services in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.

Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure high standards of service delivery.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

GMA Team English language Fluency.
Prior experience in managing corporate transportation and canteen services, or working with related vendors

Experience in tendering processes (ihale süreçleri) and contract negotiation

Familiarity with budget planning and cost control in service operations

Knowledge of compliance requirements for vendor contracts and service audits

Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to draw insights and take action

Experience in handling employee feedback systems and improving customer satisfaction

Ability to manage and monitor SLA (Service Level Agreements) with external providers

Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise management systems (optional but a plus)

Strong time management and project coordination abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPrior experience in managing corporate transportation and canteen services, or working with related vendors
