Overview

Telligen is seeking an Outpatient Program Specialist to oversee quality improvement initiatives in chronic disease management and behavioral health. This remote position is open to candidates in several states including Idaho and Colorado.

You have a strong background in healthcare program management, with experience in overseeing quality improvement initiatives. You understand the complexities of chronic disease management and behavioral health, and you are skilled in data reporting and analysis. You are a proactive communicator who can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure program success. You are adaptable and can thrive in a remote work environment, managing your time and responsibilities efficiently.

Desirable

Experience in healthcare quality improvement or program management is a plus. Familiarity with data reporting tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. You may also have a background in behavioral health or chronic disease management, which will be beneficial in understanding the needs of the programs you will oversee.
