In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will develop a consultative sales approach that fosters long-term client relationships, ensuring that you understand their needs and can provide tailored solutions. Each day will be different as you work within a wide variety of industries, allowing you to expand your knowledge and skills. You will celebrate wins with your local team, creating a fun and collaborative work environment. Your efforts will directly contribute to your earnings, as you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses based on your performance.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the chance to earn uncapped commissions, with total on-target earnings projected to reach around $90,000 in your first year and between $104,000 and $122,000 in your second year. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, and dental coverage.
