Job Description

The Amazon Business team is looking for a Sr. Paid Media Marketing Manager to drive acquisition and engagement of enterprise customers through our paid media channels. This person will be responsible for our enterprise paid media strategy and determining how to best allocate budget to deliver against multiple goals including self-service registration and pipeline generation. The Sr. Paid Media Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing our agency partners, evolving our strategic approach through rigorous testing, building robust reporting, and working across a large set of internal stakeholders.

A successful candidate is a marketing leader who has experience owning B2B paid media strategy, comfortable executing across multiple paid media channels, enjoys diving into the data, and thrives in a highly matrixed organization.


Key job responsibilities
- Build paid media strategies that deliver against self-service acquisition and pipeline generation goals.
- Construct tests that allow us to iterate on and improve our existing paid media tactics.
- Conduct deep dive analyses to understand paid media performance and identify new opportunities.
- Manage agency partners and coordinate paid media activities across a large set of internal stakeholders.
- Track performance on an ongoing basis and present business results in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings.
- Present performance, learnings, and recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis

- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
