About the Opportunity

The Asset Team strives to deliver a top-tier asset management experience to users in OKX. With a focus on user satisfaction, the team is responsible for key functionalities of crypto funding movement, portfolio management & asset transparency. By continuously refining and enhancing these core aspects, the Asset Team aims to provide customers with an exceptional user experience, empowering them to effectively manage their crypto assets with ease and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Shape and drive the long-term product vision and roadmap for crypto deposit, withdrawal, and asset dashboard features, aligning them with business objectives, market trends, and deep user insights.
Lead comprehensive market research, competitive benchmarking, and in-depth user studies to uncover strategic opportunities for enhancing deposit/withdrawal and asset dashboard journeys, incorporating advanced features like real-time analytics, cross-chain integrations, and personalized UI/UX.
Create detailed product specifications and user stories, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement
Leverage analytics and key metrics (e.g., transaction processing time, completion time, user retention via asset dashboards) to inform data-driven iterations, optimizing for efficiency and superior user experiences.
Anticipate and integrate emerging trends in blockchain, DeFi protocols, wallet technologies, and UX design to position our platform as an industry leader.
Mentor and coach junior product managers and team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence while promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth

What We Look For In You:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business).
Prior working experience in well-known Internet/cryptocurrency companies such as Facebook, Amazon, Airbnb, Coinbase, etc.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency wallets, and the mechanics of on-chain transactions.
In-depth knowledge of user experience principles and best practices, with a track record of delivering intuitive and user-friendly products.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize competing demands.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Passion for cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance (DeFi), and emerging blockchain technologies.
Proficiency in English as it can be used as a working language, Mandarin speaker will be mandatory.
