You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 7 years of experience in strategy and business development, particularly within consulting, technology, digital media, advertising, or the broadcast industry. Your expertise includes using data analytics to frame partnerships, including contractual and financial models, and you possess a deep understanding of the digital video and broadcast industry, including its business models such as SVOD and AVOD, as well as technologies like video ad serving and Dynamic Ad Insertion. You have a proven track record in developing partnerships, leading initiatives, and structuring and negotiating agreements. Your sales experience allows you to influence perspectives and teams across large organizations, including C-suite executives. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, designing and implementing creative technical solutions to novel issues, and you approach challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate business, financial, and other points of value to multiple stakeholders, including presenting issues to Google executive leadership and engaging in public speaking.
In this role, you will be accountable for your partners' business performance by collaborating with Business Leads to assess the optimization pipeline they develop and execute on. You will share the latest developments in partners’ business strategies and goals, ensuring that Google’s entire product and solutions suite addresses their key needs. You will lead initiatives that explore new opportunities with Google's partners, leveraging your business acumen and extensive product knowledge to drive success. Your responsibilities will include structuring and negotiating agreements that align with Google's strategic objectives, as well as working closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet partners' needs. You will also be expected to influence internal stakeholders and advocate for your partners' interests within Google, ensuring that their feedback and requirements are integrated into product development and strategy. Your role will involve regular communication with partners to understand their evolving needs and to provide insights that can help shape Google's offerings in the digital video and broadcast space.
At Google, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to driving innovation and growth in the digital media landscape. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement. You will have the chance to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry and to contribute to projects that have a significant impact on the future of digital media. Our culture encourages collaboration, creativity, and a commitment to excellence, and we believe that diverse teams build better products. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every requirement, as we value curiosity, empathy, and a growth mindset just as much as technical skills.
