You have a strong background in sales, ideally within the biotechnology or life sciences sector, and possess the ability to understand complex scientific concepts. Your experience includes developing and implementing sales strategies that drive growth and profitability. You are skilled in building relationships with corporate contacts and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You are a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. You are based in or near Dallas, TX, and are familiar with the local market dynamics. You understand the importance of customer service and are committed to providing exceptional support to clients.
Experience in the biotechnology or life sciences industry is a plus, as is familiarity with gene synthesis technology and related services. A background in account management or business development will enhance your candidacy. You are adaptable and willing to learn about new products and services to better serve your clients. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
