Overview

Rubrik is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales growth in the Ohio Valley region. You'll manage new and existing enterprise accounts, focusing on pipeline generation and customer expansion. This role requires strong sales skills and a proactive approach to acquiring new business.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and built strong client relationships. Your ability to identify and close new opportunities is complemented by your experience in managing a sales pipeline effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You are a relentless self-starter, motivated by achieving and exceeding sales quotas. Your focus on acquiring new logos and expanding existing customer accounts demonstrates your commitment to driving business success. You understand the importance of strategic planning and execution in sales, and you are adept at navigating complex sales processes.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Rubrik, you will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on both new and existing enterprise accounts. Your primary responsibility will be to meet and exceed sales quotas through effective prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. You will develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of strategic transactions through the sales process.

You will collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Development, Channel Development, and Rubrik Channel Partners to drive pipeline generation daily. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities for growth and presenting Rubrik's solutions within complex data environments. You will be responsible for encouraging existing customer expansion, ensuring that clients are satisfied and engaged with Rubrik's offerings.

Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Rubrik in the Ohio Valley region. You will be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, allowing you to position Rubrik effectively against competitors. Regular reporting on sales activities and outcomes will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.
